Job summary

Beach Baker is seeking a Qualified Rural Surveyor to join the South East Wales team on a full-time or part-time basis. The role offers flexible working and exposure to a broad rural client base across agency, valuation, landlord and tenant, utilities, planning and rural advisory work.

The successful candidate will handle diverse assignments and enjoy autonomy with the support of an established team, with opportunities to develop across rural professional areas.

Qualifications

• Be MRICS and/or FAAV qualified, or have a comparable level of rural surveying experience.
• Have at least two years' post-qualified experience.
• Possess good general practice rural surveying knowledge.
• Be commercially aware and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Farm, land and rural property sales.
• Valuations.
• Agricultural and commercial landlord & tenant matters.
• Compensation and utilities work.
• Rural planning and development.
• Advice on rural support schemes and subsidy applications.
• Machinery and collective sales.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with rural clients.
