A leading consultancy firm in Peterborough seeks a self-motivated individual for an estate management role. Responsibilities include property management, preparation of reports, and residential lettings. The ideal candidate has up to 5 years of rural surveying experience post-MRICS qualification. Qualifications

• Handle lease renewals, property maintenance, and negotiation of leases.

Job description

The role

A varied and interesting role involving a wide range of estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients, and would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career.

• Estate management and associated professional work
• Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims amongst other tasks
• Preparation of management reports
• Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews

About you

• Rural surveying experience, up to say 5 years post MRICS qualified, although candidates with both more or less experience may be considered. Package will be commensurate with experience.
• MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification would be an advantage but not essential
