Rural Surveyor - Northern Consultancy Team | Newcastle/Carlisle/York

We’re working with a leading rural consultancy team who are expanding their Northern division. They’re on the lookout for a qualified MRICS surveyor with valuation experience and a flair for consultancy work across Yorkshire, Cumbria and the North East.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Red Book valuations for loan security, tax, probate and estate planning
  • Landlord & tenant consultancy across rural, commercial and residential assets
  • Winning new instructions from banks, solicitors, accountants and private clients
  • Applying basic tax law and handling negotiations with confidence
What they’re looking for:
  • MRICS qualified & RICS registered valuer
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • High-quality written reporting and attention to detail
  • Curious mindset and a drive to push boundaries
  • Full UK driving licence
