Rural Property, Agriculture, and Landed Estates Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

Lex Exec is supporting a prestigious London firm with the hire of an Associate to join its rural estates and agricultural property team. Our client also has flexibility to consider applicants at both NQ and Senior Associate level. The most important factor is that you either have relevant experience or a demonstrable keen interest in this area of law, coupled with excellent academics.

The Role

You will work closely with senior lawyers and Partners across a wide range of rural, agricultural and estate focused property matters. The work will include :

• Sales and acquisitions of high value rural, agricultural and residential property
• Agricultural, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
• Rights of way, easements, boundary issues and wider rural rights
• Complex projects such as renewable energy schemes, solar leases, mineral interests and development matters
• Supporting on high value mandates for well known estates and significant private clients

You will gain hands on experience with genuine scope to develop your technical skills within a collaborative and supportive team.
