Aberdeen & Northern Estates (ANE), part of the ANM Group, is expanding its team with the appointment of a Rural Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary surveying firm with a diverse portfolio of rural property work across North and Northeast Scotland.

You will play an important role in delivering a wide range of professional rural surveying services, with a particular focus on rural valuations and property sales, alongside wider rural

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified MRICS Rural Chartered Surveyors.
• RICS Registered Valuers with rural experience.
• CAAV members or fellows (desirable).
• Graduate or Assistant Rural Surveyors currently working towards APC.
• Proactive, commercially aware and well organised.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking rural property valuations and Red Book valuations.
• Managing and advising on rural property sales.
• Supporting utilities and compensation claims.
• Advising on agricultural landlord and tenant matters.
• Providing professional rural property consultancy.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to growth.
