Qualifications

  • MRICS qualified with several years' post-qualification experience.
  • Registered valuer status.
  • Desirable to have commercial property knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse rural property portfolio.
  • Work alongside the commercial property team.
  • Advise clients on landlord & tenant, valuations, and planning.
  • Identify opportunities for new business.
  • Support the firm's growth with a path to partnership.

Office-based / hybrid role. East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse rural property portfolio, including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses.
  • Work alongside the commercial property team, with scope for involvement in commercial management, lettings, and agency.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters, including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
  • Support and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Play a key role in the firm's future growth, with a clear path to partnership.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications
  • MRICS qualified, ideally with several years' post‑qualification experience working in a similar role.
  • Registered valuer.
  • Strong rural land management background.
  • Additional commercial property knowledge / experience is highly desirable but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication, business development, and client care skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind‑set with ambition to progress to Partner level.
