Location of the Job
Office-based / hybrid role. East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse rural property portfolio, including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses.
- Work alongside the commercial property team, with scope for involvement in commercial management, lettings, and agency.
- Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters, including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
- Support and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Play a key role in the firm's future growth, with a clear path to partnership.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications
- MRICS qualified, ideally with several years' post‑qualification experience working in a similar role.
- Registered valuer.
- Strong rural land management background.
- Additional commercial property knowledge / experience is highly desirable but is not essential.
- Excellent communication, business development, and client care skills.
- Entrepreneurial mind‑set with ambition to progress to Partner level.
