Job summary

Voneus is hiring Field Sales Representatives to be the face of our rural broadband brand across designated areas. You will present bundled products and services, meet real customers, and help communities gain better connectivity.

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will travel 1-2 nights per week, work outdoors and drive growth through door-to-door and other sales methods. We offer strong OTE, base salary and incentives to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a business to consumer environment.
• Knowledge of sales techniques within the sales cycle and how to mitigate and overcome pushbacks.
• Able to engage with customers from different areas, researching specific area knowledge and traits to communicate with them effectively and easily, both in verbal and written format.
• Strong customer experience skills to build rapport and follow up with any queries in a confident customer focussed manner.
• Knowledgeable in using a CRM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products.
• Meet real people, solve real problems and help customers transform how they live and work in their communities.
• Work outdoors, staying away from home 1-2 nights per week.
• With bundled packages, help customers choose the right package (alongside broadband, we offer WiFi mesh, VoIP phone and security products).
