Job summary

Harmony at Home Limited, a traditional country estate near Malvern, Worcestershire, seeks a motivated, hands-on individual to join a small, friendly team. The role covers all aspects of estate life, where no two days are the same, including property maintenance, building work and forestry tasks.

You will assist the gamekeeper with the shoot, manage vermin and deer control, grounds maintenance and general estate duties. There may be emergency callouts for holiday lets and residential properties.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on approach to tasks across estate duties.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
