The Britannia Inn is located in the town of Tewkesbury, close to the Cotswolds tourist trail. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.

Tourists are drawn to Tewkesbury for its medieval black and white townscape and 12th century Abbey.
