Job Overview

The post holder will be joining an AoC Beacon award winning & TES Nominee provision and the College's Sports, Outdoor Education and Public Services Department, which is outstandingly successful. It prides itself on constantly improving and developing teaching techniques and strategies, encouraging staff to devote time to innovative teaching approaches that stimulate learners and ensure the provision continues to be bigger, better and different.

Responsibilities

• Play a proactive role in growing links locally, regionally and nationally with key external agencies, including the RFU, Association of Colleges Sport, Somerset Activity Sports Partnership, related National Governing Bodies, local feeder schools, local community, semi‑professional and professional sports clubs.
• Coach and help drive the College Group’s vision in all aspects of its rugby‑related provision.
