The Role

As a Senior Ruby Developer you’ll be instrumental in building scalable backend systems, improving performance, and contributing to architectural decisions. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features that delight our users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing robust APIs and backend services in Ruby on Rails
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features
• Optimising performance and scalability of systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Ruby/Rails experience

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Available to start within the next two weeks
