Qualifications

• Comfortable leading or supporting a small technical team.
• Must have Rubber compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage compounding product and process development activities.
• Support sales by producing accurate costings for quotations.
• Ensure all documentation meets stated requirements.
• Oversee servicing and calibration of laboratory test equipment.
• Identify and develop potential new products.
• Test and coordinate trials for new products and processes.
• Provide technical information for product literature.
• Investigate and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
