Mastercard is seeking a Finance professional for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to partner with the RTP team and multiple finance functions. You will manage FP&A deliverables, perform analyses and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across the RTP business.

The role requires strong accounting and modelling skills, with experience in Oracle/Hyperion and the ability to work in a global, matrixed environment. Excellent communication and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance/accounting and accounting qualification preferred.
• Solid accounting skills with modelling, budgeting, forecasting and risk management experience.
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion would be helpful.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization.

Responsabilités

• Partner with diverse teams to manage FP&A deliverables and strategic analyses across the RTP.
• Work cross-functionally to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target setting.
• Perform revenue and expense analyses to meet business needs.
• Scrutinize new business cases; challenge assumptions using data and analyses.
• Ensure a sound, well-controlled financial environment.
• Identify, measure and deliver expense efficiency opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Produce and present product financials and performance analyses, tracking against budget and business cases.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Product & Engineering and regional finance teams.
