Job summary

Carpenters Group is seeking experienced legal advisors to support high-volume Fast Track RTA claims. You will assist in the litigation process, drive case progression, and help achieve fee income targets while upholding client outcomes.

The role requires solid knowledge of CPR and case law, plus strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• This role requires significant knowledge of RTA claims handling and the full litigation process.
• Experience with CPR, legislation and relevant case law is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively assist in progressing high-volume Fast Track RTA Personal Injury claims in line with internal procedures.
• Aid in litigation processes to generate fee income and contribute to business success.
• Assist on case progression using the firm’s Case Management System and identify strategically beneficial actions.
• Liaise with sources, medical agencies, experts, third party insurers and other parties in a timely manner.
• Support assessment of liability and quantum by reviewing medical reports and researching case law.
• Support cases with denial of liability and causation arguments
• Contribute to settlements and advise clients on cost risks while supporting performance targets.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
