We're looking for an Regional Sales Director, UK candidate with experience in FS, Public Sector and Healthcare, to join our team in Maidenhead

You will report to the GVP of Sales for North EMEA.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the UK Financial Services, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
  • Build relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at major accounts and prospects.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer adoption.
  • Analyse sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK Financial Services, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries, including key trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools, such as Salesforce.com, and analytics to drive sales decisions.
  • Experience with the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the UK Financial Services, Public Sector, and Healthcare industries.
