Job summary

Partou UK is seeking an experienced RPA Developer (Intelligent Automation) to join our Digital Transformation team in Denton. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing and deploying automation solutions that streamline processes and improve accuracy across business functions.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable automation, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Hybrid work is offered, with a 3-office/2-remote per week pattern.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering automation projects from discovery through deployment and support.
  • Experience with AI-enabled automation technologies is desirable.
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

RPA Developer (Intelligent Automation) £45,000 per annum Hybrid/Nursery Support Centre, Denton Fixed Term - 12 month contract Partou is one of the UK's leading childcare providers, as we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in technology, innovation and transformation to ensure we deliver the very best experience for our team members, families and children.

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer (Intelligent Automation) to join our growing Digital Transformation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering automation solutions that streamline processes, improve accuracy, working closely with stakeholders across People, Finance, Operations, Commercial and Support functions, you'll help identify opportunities, design innovative solutions and deliver automation that creates real business value.

What you'll be doing: As our RPA Developer, you'll:

Design, develop, test and deploy intelligent automation solutions.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable automation solutions.

Build and maintain technical documentation, solution designs and support materials.

Monitor and support live automations, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective fixes.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Explore innovative technologies including AI-driven automation, workflow automation and document understanding solutions.

Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and with Partou's Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence in the Netherlands.

Ensure all solutions meet governance, security and compliance standards.

What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

You'll have:

A proven track record of delivering automation projects from discovery through to deployment and support.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience translating technical concepts into clear, understandable language.

Strong solution design and technical documentation capabilities.

Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

Experience with AI-enabled automation technologies.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.

Experience integrating systems via APIs.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience within childcare, education, retail or other multi-site organisations.

Dutch or German language skills.
