  • Review and optimise the team structure to support efficient delivery.
  • Act as the system lead for the royalties/rights management platform, driving improvements and supporting further development.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of all inbound royalty statements.
  • Ensure all invoicing (minimum guarantees, overages, fixed fees, promotional fees) is completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Manage cash collection and aged debt, including escalation when necessary.
  • Oversee credit checks for new agreements.
  • Set and monitor KPIs across royalty operations.
  • Manage forecast cycles in partnership with Finance teams.
  • Meet reporting obligations to licensors and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience managing royalties‑in within a global business.
  • Confidence leading remote teams across various time zones and cultures.
  • Experience working with royalties management systems (any platform experience is welcome; WestEnd or similar is a bonus).
  • Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
  • Strong numeracy and financial awareness (formal accounting qualification not required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
  • Solid leadership experience and a collaborative approach.
