Job summary

Believe Music Publishing seeks an Operational Insights Analyst in Liverpool to join Sentric’s Operational Insights team within Revenue Optimisation. You will maintain data structures, build pipelines (AWS/Snowflake), and translate data into business decisions.

The role combines music data analysis with data architecture to power royalties, rights, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with Rights, Royalties and Insights teams, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and contribute to dashboards while exploring

Qualifications

• Proven product engineering experience with modern languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on interest in AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue assurance by tracing discrepancies through data sources and transformation logic.
• Partner with Royalties, Rights and Insights teams to translate questions into robust data structures.
• Assist in audit outcomes and revenue assurance framework development.
• Build and maintain data models and ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake/AWS.
• Design reporting schemas with normalization and referential integrity.
• Develop dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) over curated data.
• Explore AI-assisted tooling to accelerate insight delivery where appropriate.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
