Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting experienced Security Officers for Royal Mail during the Peak Season in Milton Keynes. You will help protect a busy parcel operation, patrol the site, control access, and respond to incidents to ensure safe movement of parcels across the UK.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA Licence, has security or gatehouse experience, and excels in communication and detail-oriented work.

Angard Staffing is recruiting experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Temporary Security Officers with Royal Mail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting one of Royal Mail's busiest parcel operations during the Peak Season, helping to ensure the safe and secure movement of millions of parcels across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling site, maintaining site security, controlling access, conducting searches, and ensuring all security procedures are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Carry out personal searches in accordance with site procedures using randomisers and search wands.
• Conduct security patrols and routine site inspections.
• Identify and report security concerns, incidents, or potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and security reports.
• Respond professionally and effectively to emergencies and incidents.
• Liaise with site management and operational teams regarding security matters.
• Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Pay & Shifts

The table below outlines the typical pay rates for Security Officer roles. Rates may vary slightly during peak periods, and Angard Staffing will communicate any changes in advance.
