Angard Staffing is recruiting for flexible Mail & Parcel Sorters to support Royal Mail operations in the UK. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, minimum 4 hours up to 12 hours, with a range of early, dawn, late, and night patterns. This seasonal, temporary role offers varied pay by shift and may require weekend work.
Roles involve unloading and sorting mail and parcels, lifting up to 11 kg and 30 kg, and standing for long periods. Training is provided and prior experience is not required.

Shifts are available any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, and vary depending on operational needs.
All shifts are a minimum of 4 hours, with the potential to extend up to 12 hours.
Early Shifts:Typically start between 06:00 and 14:00.
Late Shifts:Typically start between14:00 to 22:00.
Night Shifts:Typically start between22:00 to 06:00.
Please note that shift times may vary slightly by location and role. Flexibility is essential, and candidates should be prepared to work across different shift patterns, including weekends, where required.

You don’t need to have worked for us before (we love new people!), but experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
The table below outlines the pay rates applicable for Mail Sorter roles within our Mail Centres and Parcel Hubs. The rates displayed are payable for the entirety of your shift where the shift description criteria is met.
Rates could be subject to change during busy periods, Angard staffing will communicate any change to your pay rates in advance.
