Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for Royal Mail as flexible (temporary) postal collections drivers in your local area. You will collect mail and parcels, walk and drive as required, and be the friendly face of Royal Mail in the community.

The role offers varied shifts, a demanding daily pace, and pay rates from £16.24 to £19.00 per hour, with a full manual licence up to 6 points. Applicants should be prepared for outdoor work and physical activity throughout shifts.

Pay & Shifts

The table below outlines the pay rates applicable for roles within our Delivery Offices. The rates displayed are payable for the entirety of your shift where the shift description criteria is met.

Rates could be subject to change during busy periods, Angard staffing will communicate any change to your pay rates in advance.

Shift - Shift Description = Pay Rate

• Day Shift - Starts and finishes between 05:31 - 19:59 = £16.24 per hour
• Dawn Shift - Starts between 02:01 - 04:00 = £17.16 per hour
• Early 0500 Shift - Starts between 04:01 - 05:00 = £17.16 per hour
• Early 0530 Shift - Starts between 05:01 - 05:30 = £17.16 per hour
• Evening Shift - Finishes between 20:00 - 21:39 = £16.93 per hour
• Lates Shift - Finishes between 21:40 - 01:59 = £17.70 per hour
• Night Shift - Three hours worked across 23:00 - 05:00 = £19.00 per hour
