Qualifications

• Experience in a trainer, instructor, or assessor capacity is essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including to Thorney Island and Colchester.

Responsibilities

• Assess apprentice work and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide coaching to support apprentices.
• Conduct reviews with apprentices to monitor their progress.
• Act as mentor and coach to promote learner confidence.
