The University of Liverpool invites applications for a part-time rowing coach to develop and drive our learn-to-row and BUCS compete program. You will work closely with the Rowing Club committee and Sport Liverpool staff to raise performance and participation across all levels.
You will lead structured coaching sessions, work with captains to select crews, set land and water training plans, and contribute to an annual plan with aims and races.

The University is highly committed to sport and aims to raise the performance of our student teams competing in British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) and other recognised sports competitions.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to improving performance and developing rowing at all levels. You will have experience or empathy of working within a student environment.

Salary: To be agreed - rate dependant on qualifications and experience
