Job Summary

RGS is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Rowing Coach to join their Sports Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to pupils of varying ages and abilities, from beginners to competitive crews. They will play a key role in developing the School’s rowing programme, supporting pupils in their personal growth, and promoting a culture of excellence, enjoyment, and participation.

Qualifications and Experience

It is essential to have a strong rowing background with a proven coaching experience (ideally within a school or youth environment). The right candidate will have relevant coaching qualification (e.g. UKCC Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Rowing or equivalent) as well as excellent communication and motivational skills and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
