Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting an experienced Freelance Project / Contracts Manager to lead refurbishment, fit-out and building services projects across London and the Home Counties. The roving role oversees multiple live projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and high standards throughout delivery.

Candidates should have main contractor experience in refurbishment or M&E, with strong organisational and communication skills and valid SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager working for a main contractor.
• Refurbishment, fit-out or M&E project experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery
