Qualifications

• Previous experience in waste/transport/logistics.
• Ability to demonstrate transport compliance understanding.
• Good communication with all levels, including drivers and customers.
• Ability to organize a busy workload.
• Experience with ISO Management for transport compliance.
• Experienced IT skills, adaptable to Google operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery and allocate work to routes.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, updating status.
• Complete debriefs with staff and report actions necessary.
• Engage face-to-face with drivers, addressing issues on route.
• Report safety concerns and encourage 'stop the job' when unsafe.
• Ensure legal compliance on-site regarding transport.
