A global logistics leader is seeking a Route Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of trade lanes, and experience in sales pipeline management. We are seeking a Route Development Manager (RDM) to spearhead our Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) growth initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the commercial driver for specific trade lanes, steering sales into targeted markets and opportunities, while developing robust product offerings to enhance market share and profitability.
LOCATION: Optional - Staines/Manchester/Felixstowe
HOURS: 37.5 Monday - Friday
REPORTS TO: Country Head of Ocean Growth
