Job summary

A local housing support service in North East England is looking for a Through Care Navigator to help individuals at risk of homelessness. The role involves providing essential support and referrals to health and housing services, managing a caseload of rough sleepers, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable populations and strong administrative skills. This is a full-time role with no hybrid working options, expected hours being Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable clients, particularly those experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to engage with clients on the street or in their temporary accommodations.
• Strong administration skills to maintain accurate casework records.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and referrals to services addressing clients' health and housing needs.
