We have 5 Clinical Care Groups, each with a Care Group Director, with a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) reporting to the Care Group Director. We are seeking to recruit a substantive Care Group Director with accountability for the Rotherham Care Group.
You have day-to-day accountability for everything within the Care Group. This role is within the wider Clinical Leadership Executive, reporting to Board, which shapes Trust decision making. You are an excellent system partner, a community and patient advocate with a strong focus on delivery. You understand and will positively influence patient flow and can continue to develop our directorate leadership. We are seeking a colleague who has experience in working with & leading clinicians, in particular medical colleagues including Primary Care.
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is accountable for the day-to-day delivery of effective and safe clinical services across all the clinical Care Groups. You will join four other established Care Group Directors and the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, who work as one team.
The Care Group Director provides leadership to all their clinical services which are Adult Mental Health Services, for Rotherham. This is with the SLT which constitutes three Care Group Clinical Directors and a Deputy Care Group Director.
