Job summary

The Dains Group in Birmingham invites enthusiastic graduates to join a 3-year Rotational Tax Graduate programme in Corporate Tax. You’ll rotate through Personal Tax, Employment Tax, VAT and Corporate Tax teams, gaining hands-on experience while studying ACA/CTA.

You’ll be fully supported with a structured training plan, a comprehensive induction, hybrid working options, and opportunities to progress toward Chartered Accountant status within a collaborative, people‑focused firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Personal Tax, Employment Tax, VAT and Corporate Tax teams to gain broad tax exposure.
• Assist with preparation and review of tax computations and returns for clients.
• Develop technical knowledge and client-facing skills under ACA/CTA study support.
