Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a qualified physiotherapist for rotational work across five-monthly rotations at Northwick Park Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital. You will work autonomously, assess patients, and carry out treatment for your own caseload, while maintaining clinical records and developing clinically and managerially with each rotation.

Additionally, you will participate in audit activities and contribute to the weekend service

Qualifications

• To be an autonomous practitioner assessing patients, defining treatment needs in relation to physiotherapy and carrying out this treatment for own caseload, maintaining clinical records.
• To be responsible for own continuous professional development as each rotation builds on previous experience enabling further development of clinical and managerial competencies.
• To be involved in audit.
• To take part in the weekend physiotherapy service and the emergency overnight on-call physiotherapy service.

• AT CENTRAL MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL, NW10
  • Musculoskeletal outpatients, neurology, respiratory, orthopaedics (Elective orthopaedic centre), elderly care
• AT NORTHWICK PARK & ST MARKS HOSPITALS, HA1
  • Musculoskeletal outpatients, neurology, respiratory, orthopaedics, elderly care, vascular, rheumatology, Healthcare and Rehab Team (HART), Regional Rehabilitation Unit.
• AT EALING HOSPITAL, UB1
  • Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Respiratory, Neurology/elderly care
