We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to joint an exciting rotational post which will include working as a Specialised Physiotherapist within six settings across the borough of Camden. Services in this Central-London location provide client-centred assessment, rehabilitation and disability management programmes in various settings, such as in-patient wards, patient homes, therapy gyms and community facilities. Integrated Neighbourhood Team based across Gospel Oak and Belsize Priory Health Centres 3. Virtual Ward 4. Rapid Access Services - Urgent Community Response, Discharge To Assess Pathway 1 5.
