Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated technician to join our team of rotational technicians. The post holder will participate in a structured rotational programme gaining experience and training in:

  • Dispensary services
  • Distribution and Community Health Services
  • Procurement and Homecare Services
  • Clinical Trials and High Cost Drugs Data Management
  • A training post consisting of rotations for 6 months in Dispensary, Distribution, and Community Health Services, Procurement and Clinical Trials/High Cost Drugs data management service areas
  • To support the training of pre-registration technicians and pharmacy assistants
  • To gain the Accredited Checking Technician qualification and undertake Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
