We are a large NHS Trust with over 300 pharmacy staff working across three large sites, and we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate individuals who want to make a change to patient care.

Rotational Pharmacy Technician Training Programme
  • Develop pharmacy technicians' knowledge and skills to ensure a patient‑centred approach in key roles such as dispensary work and ward support across all sites.
  • Deliver high standards of hospital pharmacy services to patients and end users.
  • Ensure service provision is flexible and responsive to the needs of patients and users from dispensary (all sites) and on the wards.
  • Have a good understanding of the roles of multi‑disciplinary team members.
  • Pharmacy services are highly regarded by both patients and Trust staff; the positive feedback we receive makes it a stimulating and rewarding place to work.

You would have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and practical skills in specialist areas such as dispensary and ward work across sites. We require you to hold a pharmacy technician qualification and registration with the GPhC or to be due to join the register by February 2026. You will need great written and verbal communication skills, good concentration, and attention to detail.

You will work under strict guidelines as outlined in the Medicine Management policy.
