Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust Milton Keynes is seeking a Band 5 Rotational Occupational Therapist to join Home 1st, our community rehabilitation service. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment programmes in patients' homes, inpatient units, clinics and hospital settings, collaborating with Physiotherapists, Nurses and AHP Support Workers.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Undertake occupational therapy assessments, set client-centred goals and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload with varying complexity, monitor progress and adapt plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise rehabilitation assistants and educate carers and staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with Trust policies and confidentiality.
• Contribute to service development, audits, and CPD portfolio; support student placements.
