Job description

We are keen to hear from experienced band 6 midwives to join our team. We support and encourage professional and personal development. Key Responsibilities
  • Register midwife with ability to practise autonomously providing care to women/birthing persons during antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods, coordinating care for women, birthing persons and their families.
  • Work as a member of the team providing maternity care to women/birthing people within the hospital and community.
  • Deputise on the ward or department in absence of the senior midwife.
  • In community setting, take responsibility for coordinating the care pathways and participate in on call service to provide a homebirth service.
