A large UK healthcare trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Midwife to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing women-centred care in various settings, including supporting low-risk births in both hospital and community settings. Are you an experienced Band 6 Midwife who would like to be a part of our flexible and dynamic team in a proud and forward‑thinking Trust thatenthusiastically embraces innovation? If so, we welcome your application! We provide women centred care within a number of settings to enable them to achieve their desired birthing experience. We have a fabulous co‑located Midwifery Led Unit at St Michael's Hospital and a Midwifery Led Unit at our Weston Hospital. Here, we provide exceptional care for low risk women. In addition, we have a several well established Community Midwifery Teams that support low risk women who choose to have a home birth. Rotational Midwives have the opportunities to rotate to posts in the Ante/Postnatal Ward, Central Delivery Suite, Midwifery Led Units, Traditional Community, Continuity of Carer Teams and our Transitional Care Unit. There is also the opportunity to work within our Antenatal Clinic, Day Assessment Unit and Fetal Medicine Unit. We are the major tertiary Fetal Medicine Unit for the South West providing highly specialist care for women and their babies. As a service, we are passionate about supporting midwives' ongoing professional development. We have an outstanding practice development team who will support you during your supernumerary period, provide a comprehensive orientation programme, and a practice development facilitator who will work one to one with you in practice to ensure a smooth transition to our unit.
