Job summary

ExxonMobil invites ambitious graduates to join a structured engineering pathway at Fawley. You will rotate through asset support, process safety, supply chain coordination and project engineering roles to build a broad foundation in energy engineering.

From day one you’ll work with mentors to pursue chartership and professional development, while contributing to safe operations and performance improvements at the UK’s largest private pipeline network site.

Qualifications

• Be graduating in 2027 or have graduated in 2025–2026 inclusive.
• Be seeking to start employment in September 2027.
• Be expecting at least a 2:1 BEng in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a graduate pathway designed to build technical, industry and specialist knowledge.
• Rotate through a range of roles to gain exposure to diverse challenges and work styles.
• Develop through mentoring programmes towards professional Chartership and leadership opportunities.
• Contribute to safe, reliable operations and project delivery across engineering disciplines.
