Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Rotational Dietitian to work across Acute and Community settings in East Sussex. You will join a supportive dietetic department of over 40 clinicians providing nutrition care across multiple specialities.

In this role you will deliver dietetic management, run outpatient clinics, support discharge planning and educate staff and carers. Training and supervision of students are also included, with involvement in audits and

Qualifications

• Band 5 Dietitian rotating across Acute and Community settings.
• Role involves delivering specialist nutrition care and support.
• Engagement with MDT and training of staff.

Responsibilities

• Dietetic management of a range of inpatients and community patients.
• Regular outpatient clinics and patient education sessions.
• Provide training to Nursing staff, Catering staff, patients and carers.
• Develop and audit educational resources for the service.
• Support student dietitians during placements.
• Participate in regular service audits.
