Job summary

Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist at Band 6 with weekend and on-call duties on a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract. The post offers clinical development and access to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Foundation Pharmacy Framework.

You will gain experience across specialties, provide clinical services to the Acute Admissions Unit at weekends, and work in the dispensary as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in pharmacy and GPhC registration.
• UK NHS hospital pre-registration experience.
• Recent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist on acute, medical and surgical wards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clinical pharmacy service to designated wards under supervision.
• Participate in ward and dispensary pharmaceutical services and maintain clinical skills.
• Ensure medicines, including controlled drugs, are stored properly and conduct stock checks.
