Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse / Hygiene Operative for a Desborough-based role. The candidate will work Monday to Friday in a mixed role requiring hygiene and cleaning tasks, with training provided for equipment use. A PPT/LLOP licence is preferred and a Counterbalance licence is advantageous but not essential.

The position involves rotating shifts and independent work as needed. Salary is £13.04 per hour with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in warehouse hygiene/cleaning.
• Licence preferences: PPT/LLOP; training provided.
• Counterbalance licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse clean and safe as part of the team.
• Support and comply with site health & safety standards.
• Housekeeping and bin repositioning.
• Operate warehouse bailer.
• Drive scrubber/sweeper to maintain shopfloor cleanliness (training provided).
• Assist with spillage control.
