Job summary

Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Airworthiness Engineer to join a world-leading helicopter manufacturer at its Oxford Airport operation.

You will manage maintenance programmes, review airworthiness documentation, and ensure continuing airworthiness across the fleet, with responsibilities including AMP development, records control and support during airworthiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Part-CAMO continuing airworthiness requirements.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, CAMO or airworthiness environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues before they impact operations.
• Ability to work independently and within a wider engineering team.
• Strong communication skills across levels of an organisation.
• Knowledge of Airbus Helicopters documentation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance programmes and production of AMP documentation.
• Review airworthiness records and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate aircraft technical records and logs.
• Support line and base maintenance planning activities.
• Update aircraft and engine records after maintenance tasks.
• Ensure component log cards are returned to materials management.
• Provide cross-functional CAMO support and drive process improvements.
• Identify airworthiness or operation issues and support corrective action.
