Preference for someone who has worked in Notting Hill, has rota nanny experience, and has packed and travelled with young children before. The nannies must be comfortable with sole and shared care and have experience with both.

  • Read the room and step back when the family is spending time together.
  • Collaborate with family members and other staff; be a team player.

  • Be proactive in planning interesting, age-appropriate activities and, when there is spare time, assist with planning and organising.
  • Be willing to travel with the family, including potential time in Australia early next year.
  • Display initiative and adaptability; be comfortable working in a relaxed, informal family environment.
  • Engage the children in play at floor level for extended periods and assist as needed with transitions.

  • Demonstrated longevity in previous similar nanny roles (2 to 5 years).
  • Experience with multiples of young children and both shared and sole charge.
  • Baby experience and ability to support learning and development in English in a fun way.
  • Excellent English; able to communicate patiently and gently with children.
