Job description

A warm, organised, and experienced rota nanny is required for a fully staffed household in London, caring for three children (primary to teens age). The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, covering Monday to Sunday, with daytime hours and agreed babysitting as needed, both during the week and on weekends. During the week, the core hours will be after-school, and on weekend 12 hour shifts, though the nanny will be required to work 24/7 when travelling or if the children are sick.

The family travels frequently during school holidays and the nanny will accompany them (mainland Europe mostly).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate approach to all three children.
  • Organising activities, outings, sports, and enriching experiences.
  • Supporting homework and school commitments, promoting independence and good routines.
  • Working in full coordination with the household team, including the other rota nanny who has been with the family for a while now.
  • Following family routines, maintaining structure during busy school terms.
  • Preparing for and accompanying the children on international trips during school breaks.
  • Ensuring children's belongings, schedules, and needs are well organised at all times.
Candidate Requirements
  • Warm, energetic, proactive, and able to build strong, positive relationships across all age groups.
  • Highly organised, discreet, and able to work within a fully staffed, security-led household.
  • Comfortable managing the varying needs of older and younger children.
  • Flexible to travel internationally, including regular holidays and weekends to mainland Europe.
  • Confident supporting children who attend private schools.
