Full-Time Rota Nanny in Knightsbridge, London, Job ID J22E1E - A high-profile family with demanding professional schedules, based in Knightsbridge, Central London (Postcode: SW1X), is looking for an experienced, qualified Full-Time Live-Out Rota Nanny to care for their newborn baby (5 weeks old). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional childcare experience, a warm, kind, and engaging demeanour, discretion, and a strong background in newborn care and early childhood development.

Additional Details

Rota Structure: This is a live-out rota position featuring 12-hour day shifts (timings to be confirmed, e.g., starting around 08:00 or 09:00). Note: The family is also looking to hire a separate night-time nanny to take over from the day-time nanny.

Locations: The family operates across two properties located within 10 minutes of each other.

Travel: Willingness to travel worldwide with the family is required.

Relevant childcare qualifications and training in supporting developmental milestones (including weaning and routine establishment) are highly advantageous. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.

Working hours: 12-hour shifts, totalling approximately 84 hours per week on rota.

Duties

• providing exceptional, specialist care for a newborn infant, ensuring their safety, well-being, and structured daily routine
• supporting breastfeeding mothers initially, managing bottle preparation, washing and sterilising equipment
• handling all baby-related duties, including nursery organisation, wardrobe management, baby laundry, and child-related administrative tasks
• future support with weaning and preparing nutritious, balanced meals as the infant develops
• collaborating smoothly with the household team and any incoming night nannies

The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible (ASAP).

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Live-Out Rota)

Salary: Up to £25.00 gross per hour
