Rota Manager (on-site) / 40 hours per week
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and great at balancing the needs of teams and services? We are looking for a Rota Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly.
Based at our head office at Bank Top Farm in Leeds, LS21, this role is all about ensuring safe staffing levels, planning effectively for change, and helping us deliver excellent care by supporting our teams with robust rota systems.

Location: Our head office is based at Bank Top Support Centre, just outside Leeds (LS21 1PY). Surrounded by open fields and scenic walking routes, we are minutes from Golden Acre Park, a great spot to take a breather. Please note that there's no public transport nearby, so own transport is required. We also have a dog-friendly workspace, a relaxed, welcoming environment where people (and the occasional four-legged friend) are all part of the team.
