The Role

We’re looking for a Rota and Clinical Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily running of our clinical operations. You will play a key role in managing clinical rotas, coordinating patient appointments, and supporting clinical workflows, helping deliver outstanding care at scale.

Key responsibilities:
  • Rota Management
    • Develop, maintain, and publish clinician rotas, ensuring appropriate cover across all services.
    • Manage all leave requests, shift swaps, sickness cover to ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained.
    • Monitor and proactively address clinician scheduling gaps.
  • Clinical Coordination
    • Coordinate daily clinical operations, ensuring appointments run smoothly and any patient or clinician issues are resolved promptly.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for clinicians regarding scheduling, systems, or operational queries.
    • Liaise with patient services, pharmacy teams, and clinicians to ensure end-to-end care is efficient and well-communicated.
  • Operational Support
    • Track and report on key operational metrics (e.g., clinician utilisation, appointment volumes).
    • Assist with onboarding new clinicians (e.g., system access, rota induction).
    • Identify and elevate operational risks or capacity issues.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a healthcare operations, medical admin, rota coordination, or clinic management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex rotas and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and clinical software.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • (Bonus) Understanding of regulated healthcare environments or telehealth services.
