The RosterClerk works at the heartofour ResourcingTeam, responsiblefor assisting therosterteamin thepreparationand updating of the rosters, your role will focus on assisting the entire stations resourcingteamin all aspects of their day to dayoperation. Although you won't be customer facing , your customer service skills will be vital for yourcommunicationswith internal and externalstakeholders.
To succeed in this role, first and foremost, you'll need excellent PCliteracy , Admin skills and will be able to input data quickly andaccurately .OurRosterClerkis an integral part of the unit behind runningourtrains which keep passengers moving acrossournetwork.Ourtrains run at all hours, day and night, but you won't have to with Monday to Friday Office Hours .
You'll need to have excellent verbal and written communicationskills, along with error checking and being able to work to a tight deadline. Customer service excellence has been a part of the way that you work for many years. Knowledge or experience of the UK passenger rail industry is also highly beneficial but not essential.
