Rope Access Estimator (IRATA / Costing)

Location: South of UK / Hybrid / Remote

Are you experienced in rope access with an IRATA qualification and interested in progressing into an estimating role in the geotechnical industry? This role is for an Estimator who will contribute to tendering for new business for a company providing innovative solutions to complex projects with clients such as Network Rail.

The company is growing and expanding, and is looking for an Estimator at any level to add value to a dynamic team and to support progression through to directorship.

The Role

• Structures estimating/pricing (painting, inspection, pointing etc. of stadia/bridges/buildings)
• Estimating tender prices
• Bid writing and preparation
• Tender and client management including timely response to client queries and adherence to tender deadlines
• Ability to use and manipulate complex Excel spreadsheets
• Self-motivated with the drive to win work
• Attend client sites for tender evaluation
• Prepare pricing programmes for submissions

The Person / Qualifications

• Understanding of or qualification in rope access - IRATA Level 3
• Estimating experience in Construction
• Full UK Driver's License
