Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is launching a Manager in Training (MIT) – Rooms Division as part of a 12 to 18 month leadership development programme. The role offers cross-functional exposure across Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Experience, Concierge, Communications and Housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.

Successful candidates join for the Summer 2027 intake, with a structured 40 hour week, mentorship from experienced leaders, and clear progression paths across London

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field.
• Demonstrated interest or internships in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across multiple Rooms Division departments.
• Support daily operations and guest interactions while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
• Develop leadership skills through project work, coaching, and management exposure.
• Participate in operational and strategic projects to improve guest and employee experiences.
• Develop knowledge of service recovery, guest recognition, and personalised hospitality.
• Build relationships across departments to contribute to a collaborative hotel culture.
